Delete your ScrollFluent account

In the app

Go to Profile › Settings (the gear, top right) › Delete account, then confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account is deleted straight away and permanently, with everything in it:

• Your email, password, username and Google or Apple sign-in
• Saved words, sentences and clips, and your study cards
• Watch history, words seen, level, streaks and stats
• Friends, friend requests, inbox threads and messages
• Invite codes, matched contacts, reports, blocks and feedback

What we keep

Records of subscription purchases and renewals sent to us by the App Store and Google Play, your onboarding answers and your answers to in-app rating prompts are kept for our financial records and to understand how the app is used. They are no longer linked to your account, your email or your name.

Can't open the app?

Email support@scrollfluent.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll delete it within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store you bought it from.
